I've been taking my dog there for about 3 years now. My dog used to shake anytime going to the vet and she still does, but she seems to calm down when Dr. Sally is around her. Dr. Sally is really gentle with her. I love the vaccine clinic also!
Our sweet Dachshund was very sick- We had taken her to a Vet in Long Beach, The vet wanted to put her down. When I asked what options we had for her , he suggested keeping her for a few days then a very costly surgery. We decided to visit Surf City Pet Hospital . The Doctor was very kind and reassured us the she could perform the procedures , the cost was a considerable amount lower. We trusted her because of her kind nature and disposition. Our "lil doggy" made it through surgery and had a full recovery living well into her senior years. I cant express how much we appreciate this very kind and sweet natured doctor and staff. I highly recommend this Hospital for your animals. 5 stars
Great place!! Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have 3 cats and a new puppy and none are afraid to go. I relocated from New York last year and my two cats got very ill and they took them in right away and treated them with no problems!! I would recommend them to everyone!!
We're glad to be a part of the Surf City Pet Hospital. Excellent customer service from the staff every time we come in for a doctors visit. As soon as you walk in the door you are highly recognized by the staff as an important customer. For this reason you wouldn't want to find another vet because this people care about your pet. The prices for their services are reasonable. They get the job done on time especially when requesting for paper work or copy of shot records ( really thankful). If you are looking for a vet this place is worth giving a chance.... you will love it!
I had to put my dog to sleep last year and I am so glad I was THERE!! Everyone was so kind and understanding they allowed me the time I needed to say goodbye. I also always feel that The Doctor is doing what's in my pets best interest period. I love there staff and I am glad they take care of part of my family.
