We ordered take out and we enjoyed the pizza VERY much. The sauce was great and I"m picky about sauce. Pretty close to perfect. I didn't give 5 stars because we didn't eat inside AND some customers walked in at the end of the night when we were picking up our pizza and they turned them away. However, they were 20 minutes away from their closed time and I don't like when businesses have hours and don't keep them. I will come back here in the spring or later in the year when I return.
Quaint old fashioned pizza place. It's popular with locals and tourists alike. The service is friendly and the prices are very affordable. Max's reminds me of those places I went to in my childhood before the chains took over. I'll definitely be back!
We love the Pizza. Never e en had anything else. The lasagna looks yummy I am going to try it. Good service friendly waitresses. Prices are good too.
More that just pizza, I haven't tried everything on the menu but I have not been disappointed with anything I have ordered. Good fresh salad, the pasta is incredible, and the service is timely and courteous. Great meal and outstanding value.
We were seated quickly and ordered not too long after. Took a long time for the food, yet there were only a few people there. We ordered the lasagna and the house special pizza; the lasagna tasted like chef boyardy and the pizza tasted like a cheap frozen pizza. I would not go there again.
The waitress was nice though.
