I left the store without buying any items. Never going back. Not customer friendly.
Very bad math! Overcharged me by more than 25%! Trust your instincts...when you think you're being ripped off, you probably are. Done with this location for sure and I live on the island.
We walked into the shop last week while on vacation. The first word that we heard an employee yell was a curse word. He looked straight at us and he didn't apologize nor did he even acknowledge that my whole family had just walked into the store. There was a group of guys playing chess/checkers at the cash register and apparently that was more important than helping their potential customers. We looked around for a few minutes and then left because of the lack of customer service and the rudeness of the employees. We WILL NOT be back. Go to 50 South, they were awesome!
Terrible customer service. Bought a boogie board there and a month later a giant bubble formed on it. They told me it couldn't be left in the sun which it had been kept in a storage room and under a tent... so like wtf. Therefore, I couldn't get my money back nor exchange it. On top of that the employees are douche bags, especially the ones that look like inbred hillbillies
Stopped in today to purchase some items for my grandchildren. I was looking and at age 62 I had to use the restroom. I was the only customer in the store. There was 3 employees, one outside smoking, the other two were behind counter. I asked if I could use the restroom and the employee said that customers are not aloud. That the restrooms were for employees. They said the store next to them has a restroom.
I stop in here every time I stay on TopSail Island. It's a great place for beach attire, t-shirts, slippers, etc. Prices are pretty good as well.
