Talking to "Montana " on the phone this morning she explained that by definition this was "beach front property " needless to say, I will not be renting at the ship watch villa nor be utilizing century 21 in the future.
This was our 1st time coming to Surf City and using Century 21 Action and our experience couldn't of been any better. Everyone at Century 21 was very professional and friendly. We stayed at the Armstrong last wk and the place was beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked, the house was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The views from the upper deck were amazing. Plenty of deck chairs but a tall table would of been nice on the upper deck to go with the high chairs. The only negative thing I can say is the sliding door in the front queen bedroom didn't open. From the great places to eat, shopping and friendly people Surf City has it all! We enjoyed our vacation so much we have already booked the Armstrong with Century 21 again for next year...So if you are reading reviews like I did to make the perfect choice in your vacation rental ..Century 21 and the Armstrong are a perfect combination.

As a home owner, my property was re ted by this agency. Things were missing, including an area rug. When I went in person to report it. I was told that "it happens" and they would not take any of the security deposit back because then the customer wouldn't want to rent from them again. What?

Century 21 made booking and paying for our vacation a breeze. Their website was easy to navigate easy to sign up and manage my account. Century 21 emailed me with important communications and offers for things we might need. They offered me a barbeque grill which was very appealing since our property did not have one. We also rented a surf board for the week cheaper than 3 hours at a surf shop. We booked the early check in option. The house was clean and waiting on us for our 1:00 early check in. I would recommend using Century 21 to anyone looking to vacation on Topsail.
I left the agency after 2 seasons of missing things, many charges to my account and just rudeness. Be careful who you allow to manage your property!
We have been traveling to Topsail for many years and this was our first experience with Century 21. We found the staff, the booking process and the on sight experience exceeding our expectations. The attention to details, especially the welcome package, was very helpful. We will definitely look for more properties in the future with Century 21.
We rented ship watch villa condo 1315. We checked in on Saturday 1 July 2017. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable, the only problem with the unit was the main sliding door wouldn't open and close, that was fixed on Monday morning. My complaint has to deal with the so called "ocean breeze". There is no breeze on this back porch what so ever. At 09:45 this morning the temperature on the deck was 102 degree according to the thermometer on the deck, with no breeze at all. The swimming pool has been closed 2 times in the last 4 days, which is the reason that I rented this place.
So stealing is ok.
There were renters with grills , not allowed on decks due to fire regs. They didn't care nor enforced.
