Very nice place, booked this place because it said no pets, because I am severely allergic. But there are several dogs here. We were told they are emotional and comfort dogs and they are considered service animals. We looked up the law on service animals and that is incorrect, they are considered by Law a pet. Not happy they aren't honest and living by the rules they posted all over the resort and on the website.
We did not have a good experience here. We were traveling seven hours and arrived in the middle of the night only to find no toilet paper. I understand that they are looking for guests to bring their own things, but no toilet paper is a bit ridiculous. Customer service is not friendly and it looks like they are trying to find ways to charge you extra. In short, paying more than $1200 for three days was severely overpriced for what you receive, especially when you have to bring your own things and have to do much of the cleaning/preparation for departure. It does not feel like they are taking care of you. Rather, it feels like they are being persnickety and cheap. We will not rent from Seashore Realty again.
Condo was a great location.It needs some updating but not bad. It was clean and had almost everything you would need. It is advertised with 3 tv's. It has 3 tv's but only one is hooked up to cable the other 2 do not work no remote in Master bedroom only a dvd player. Second bedroom has a 13" old tv also not hooked up to cable. Our dryer went out on us and could not get anyone to come out and fix it. Seashore did let us use a dryer at the St. Regis but was vary inconvenient had to take time from our vacation to do laundry. The beds were covered in a plastic liner that was ripped up on the master bed and pillows were covered in plastic. They made it hard to sleep they made a lot of noise every time you moved in bed. There is a reason we rented a condo with 3 tv's and a washer and dryer. Was very disappointed in the rental and will think twice before renting from this company again. We stayed at Topsail Dunes unit 1206. Have stayed at Topsail Dunes many times and never had any problems until now.
Beautiful! We had the best vacation ever. We rented unit 1313. Very nicely decorated. Everything we could want on site. Only one small maintenance problem all week and we were very nicely compensated. We will definitely return. Seashore Reality is onsite and very helpful.
"A Wave from It All" was filthy when we arrived. Furniture covered in sand, bathrooms were dirty and lots of trash under the house. Ceiling fans were caked with dirt and dust. The doors were also very hard to open and keep closed. Sad- it really is located in a magnificent spot.
