Enjoyed staying at three seasters. Very nice and spacious with good water on inlet and short walk or drive to about anywhere you want to go. Really like keyless entry as my group is rather large but we had plenty of room
We have stayed in Surf 123 for 3 years and have loved it more and more each year. The owners recently updated the entire unit with new flooring, furniture, paint, etc. and it is even nicer than it was before. Definitely would recommend staying there and Lewis Realty has been a pleasure to work with.
We had a great time as we always do at Surf City NC. This is the first time we rented from Lewis Reality and enjoyed the keyless access to this home. No waiting in line for our check in or check out made it a breeze and gave us more time to enjoy our time at the beach. The house was nice and we felt right at home. Location and the ocean view was nice and the beach access was not far and easy to find.Would rent this house again.
We had a great experience while staying at the Surf Condos. Plenty of room, very clean, and extremely friendly staff on the grounds. The pool was very clean and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Conveniently located close to "down town" but not right in the center. The rental process was very easy and check in was very convenient with the key pads on the doors. If we make another trip to Surf City, we will definitely stay here again.

We have been incredibly impressed not only with their no-fuss approach, but the human way they deal with both us and the renters in our property.
